ROTFLOL! Some very nice lines here, madame. I can only think of two names that have been given the donkey, actually three now with the re-christening. I like the Hector and the whole feel of this piece, including the stupidly honest or honestly stupid, etc. I couldn't tell in the movie if it was a jack or a jenny so decided Hortense would be a suitable moniker. By the way, when you say "aft port quarter" you probably don't need the aft as quarter already refers to that area. Stern takes it a bit further aft, if you want. I think I really need to go to bed, am starting to babble. Glad that Jack and Hector made up.
